Pancake Roll : Snacks

• 1 Cup all purpose flour
• 1 Egg
• 1 Cup Grated Coconut
• 3 TSP Sugar
• 2 Cardamom
• 1 Banana
• 5-6 dry fruits
• 2 Tsp Butter
• salt
• Yellow/turmeric powder


Mix ll purpose flour in water have a mixture.
Now make a pancake. put a bit of butter on it
Chop all the dry fruits in a bowl. Mix it with grated coconut and the roast them in a pan for 5-6 min.
Once the mix is ready, fill in the center of pancake and roll it.
